Party, State leaders pay tribute to former PM Phan Van Khai

VNHNVNHN - The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), the National Assembly, the President, the Government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee held a State funeral for former Politburo member and Prime Minister Phan Van Khai at Thong Nhat Hall in Ho Chi Minh City on March 20.
