VNHNO - Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang on August 20 sent a message of congratulations to Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada, on the 45th founding anniversary of Vietnam-Canada diplomatic relations (August 21, 1973-2018).
The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled a congratulatory message to his Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau.
