ADB helps improve infrastructure in north central coastal region

VNHNVNHN – The Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Board of Directors has approved loans totaling US$149 million to help improve basic infrastructure services and promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth that will benefit over 1 million people in four provinces in the north central coastal region of Viet Nam.
