International delegations pay tribute to late PM Phan Van Khai
VNHNVNHN - A high-ranking delegation from Laos, led by Politburo member Saysomphone Phomvihane, Chairman of the Lao Front for National Construction (LFNC) Central Committee, paid tribute to Vietnam’s former Prime Minister Phan Van Khai at the Thong Nhat Hall in Ho Chi Minh City on March 21.
