Defence Minister welcomes RoK counterpart in Hanoi

VNHNVNHN - Minister of National Defence General Ngo Xuan Lich has lauded the official Vietnam visit made by Defence Minister of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Song Young-moo, saying that it will create stronger changes in bilateral national defence.
