UNESCO status for Bai Choi singing: An honour and responsibility to uphold ancestral treasure

VNHNVNHN - UNESCO-recognised Bai Choi folklore singing is not only a unique heritage of Vietnam’s central region but also a treasured cultural practice of all Vietnamese people. Over the past few years, the preservation and promotion of the exquisite values of Bai Choi singing have received great attention from both Bai Choi artists and the local authorities.
