VNHNO - Transerco, the main bus operator in Hanoi, have replaced all vehicles on three routes with new high-quality buses, in an effort to improve public transport services in the capital city.
The change applies to Route 62 (Yen Nghia Bus Station - Thuong Tin), Route 91 (Yen Nghia Bus Station - Kim Bai - Phu Tuc) and Route 92 (Nhon - Son Tay - Tay Dang) and came into effect from early September.

The new vehicles are low-floor buses that meet the Euro 4 emissions standards and are equipped with free Wi-Fi, four LED panels to display information and a dedicated cabin for drivers.
The new buses are also installed with three cameras to monitor passengers and the itineraries and have been painted blue in the new theme colour of Hanoi’s bus system.
This year, Transerco plans to open an additional 13 bus routes and pilot the electronic ticketing system on the BRT-01 route.
Last year, the company replaced 258 of its buses with new vehicles on various routes, accounting for 30% of its fleet./.
