VNHNO - An exhibition of photos and materials featuring or relating to President Ho Chi Minh opened on August 23 at the nation founder’s former home in Kim Lien village in the central province of Nghe An.
The event is jointly organised by the management boards of the Presidential Palace historical site, the Kim Lien historical site and the UNESCO Office in Hanoi on the 73rd anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day.
Delegates cut the ribbon to open the exhibition.
The exhibition features 155 items, many of which bear his autograph, helping visitors develop a better understanding of the great life of President Ho Chi Minh, who was honoured by UNESCO as a Vietnamese hero of national liberation and a great man of culture.
Prior to the opening of the exhibition, delegates offered flowers and incense to the late president to express their gratitude for his immense contribution to the national struggle for national liberation.
