Speaking at the talk, Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue highlighted Vietnam's important socio-economic development achievements in recent years. In order to achieve the target of 6.5% to 7% growth in the coming years, Deputy PM emphasised that the Government has continued to improve the investment environment in order to develop and strongly encourage start-ups, creativeness and dynamism of enterprises and people, improve productivity, strengthen the competitiveness of the economy, expand the development space and promote the business environment of Vietnam, to conveniently approach international standards and practices.

He affirmed that the Vietnamese Government is ready to dialogue with and listen to opinions from domestic and international enterprises, emphasising that the Government welcomes the recommendations of leading corporations to promote faster and more sustainable economic development and to better exploit the opportunities and benefits of the fourth industrial revolution.

At the meeting, the Deputy PM and the leaders of the related ministries and agencies exchanged on and answered many issues, which international groups are concerned about, including potentialities, opportunities for cooperation and policies and measures of the Government in the fields of digital economics, start-up ecosystems, information technology infrastructure, high-tech agriculture, smart city development, taxation, insurance, logistics services and healthcare./.
