VNHNO - Measures to promote innovation and the fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) in Vietnam was the theme of a discussion between more than 100 outstanding Vietnamese people and leaders from the Ministry of Science and Technology and major science and technology enterprises on August 20.
The youngsters attending the event at FPT Software Village (in Hanoi’s Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park) have been trained at the world's top universities and worked in the trendy sectors for Industry 4.0, such as IT, biotechnology, platform technology and automated manufacturing. They have been recognised for their excellent research achievements by prestigious training institutions, international organisations, enterprises and State agencies.
Chairman of FPT’s Board of Directors, Truong Gia Binh, said that Industry 4.0 is an unmissable opportunity for Vietnam to realise its digital aspirations. He expressed his wish that the 100 talents will join FPT and domestic enterprises to solve the big problems in the research, development and application of technology under Industry 4.0 in some key fields, such as e-government, intelligent medicine, transportation, finance and banking.
