Specifically, the holiday will last from January 25 to February 2, 2025, according to an announcement released by the Government Office on Tuesday.

The 2024 Lunar New Year holiday lasted seven days from February 8-14, 2024.
The Prime Minister also decided that public employees and workers shall be entitled to five days off, from April 30 to May 4, 2025, on the occasion of the Reunification Day (April 30) and May Day (May 1).
On the occasion of the National Day (September 2), public employees and workers shall be entitled to four days off, from August 30 to September 2, 2025.
